The 5-Stage Revenue Blueprint

The exact structural map I use to diagnose and fix commercial engines. This is the architecture you need to understand before running the Health Check pre-qualifier.

What's Inside:

The Blueprint gives service businesses a shared map for finding stalled movement in the commercial system. It connects page structure, buyer proof, operational handoffs, and retention signals so the next fix is based on visible friction instead of guesswork.

  • The structural checkpoints that map the full buyer journey
  • The "Friction Matrix" for diagnosing stalled deals
  • Stage-by-stage signal capture requirements
  • Revenue Velocity benchmarks

Zero spam. We email you the blueprint and, if you opt in above, occasional insights. See our Privacy Policy.

What the Blueprint checks at each stage

  1. 1. Awareness: Get Found by the Right Buyers

Whether the right buyers can find you, and whether every touchpoint, online or offline, leads to one clear next step.

  2. 2. Consideration: Make It Easy to Evaluate You

Whether a buyer can evaluate you without a call: the process, the proof, and the pricing signals they can find on their own.

  3. 3. Decision: Remove the Risk

Whether your proposals stand on their own, common objections are answered in advance, and every deal has a dated next step.

  4. 4. Conversion: Turn Commitment Into a Clean Start

Whether the context from the sale reaches delivery intact, and whether ownership and kickoff are settled before the signature.

  5. 5. Retention: Protect and Grow the Relationship

Whether you can see client health, renewals, and expansion before they become surprises, and whether happy clients feed referrals back into awareness.

How to use it

The Blueprint is built for owners and leaders of small and mid-sized service businesses that win work through relationships and want a repeatable system behind them. It works best as a team exercise:

  1. Walk through the five stages with the people who own each one: marketing, sales, delivery, and account management.
  2. Mark each checkpoint as working, unclear, or broken. Disagreement between teams is a finding in itself.
  3. Pick the weakest stage and fix its first broken checkpoint before touching anything else.
  4. Score your stages with the free Revenue Health Check, then revisit the Blueprint each quarter to see what moved.
