Information Collected
This site collects information you choose to provide through contact forms, the Revenue Health Check, newsletter signups, discovery and intake requests, and client portal activity. That information may include your name, email address, phone number, company details, website URL, operational responses, and messages you submit.
Hosting and security logs record basic technical information on every request — IP address, device type, browser, pages requested, and referrer — which is what keeps the site available and blocks abuse.
Anything beyond that, including approximate location and how you move through the site, is collected through Google Analytics on the terms described under Cookies And Analytics below. Decline in the cookie banner, and none of it is gathered.
How Information Is Used
- Respond to inquiries, discovery requests, and client support needs.
- Generate diagnostic outputs, audit recommendations, and engagement next steps.
- Operate the client portal, authentication, notifications, and project communication workflows.
- Improve content, conversion paths, and the overall customer experience.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers
Third-party providers are used only to operate this site and deliver what you request. The ones that can receive your information are:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security.
- Supabase — database storage for form submissions, and client portal accounts and sign-in.
- Resend — delivery of transactional and newsletter email.
- Google — Analytics and the Ads destination linked to it (site and advertising measurement, only if you accept), and Calendar appointment scheduling when you book a session.
- Apify — runs the paid website assessment on the URL you submit. Payment for that assessment is taken by the Apify platform, not by this site.
- Google Gemini — generates the site chat assistant’s answers from the questions you type there. Google may use chat text to improve its services, so please don’t share personal or sensitive details in the chat. Chat transcripts are kept for 30 days. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the chat isn’t being used by bots.
- Have I Been Pwned — portal password screening. Passwords are never sent; only a partial, irreversible hash prefix is checked.
No payment card details are collected, processed, or stored by this website. Consulting engagements are invoiced separately and any payment provider used there is disclosed on the invoice.
Cookies And Analytics
Cookies strictly necessary to operate the site — session security and your client portal sign-in — are always active. What happens before you answer the cookie banner depends on where your device says you are, read from its time zone. In the United States, Google Analytics — with the Google Ads destination linked to it — loads from the first page and sets analytics and advertising cookies; choose Decline and those cookies are deleted and the tag is not loaded again. Everywhere else, including the EU, EEA, and UK, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded at all until you accept: no request is made to Google, no cookies are set, and no advertising identifiers are recorded. Decline and that stays true permanently. Accepting, wherever you are, loads Analytics — along with the Google Ads destination linked to it — under Google Consent Mode.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time: . Browser settings can also be used to block or clear cookies; doing so may limit form, portal, or personalization features.
Retention And Security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the business purpose it was collected for, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting mail@alabrida.org. Email marketing consent is recorded only once you confirm it from the link we email you, and can be withdrawn at any time — newsletter emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link, and for anything else you can reply “unsubscribe” or write to the address above. Phone numbers are used only to respond to your inquiry; we do not send marketing text messages.
